Terms of Service
Effective: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Revenue Platforms Online LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of our websites, platforms, apps and related services, including Strivelue, SupaFire Tech, Iron Copilot (the "Services"). By creating an account, paying for or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
1. The Services
We provide software and managed technology services to businesses and online professionals, such as white-label mobile apps, websites and management dashboards, with setup, hosting, maintenance, support and help with app-store submission. What you receive depends on your plan or on the written proposal or order you accepted. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done with your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Fees, billing and taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through Stripe, or as stated in your order, until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees do not include taxes, which are your responsibility unless we say otherwise. We may change prices or plans by giving you at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, after notice, suspend the Services until it is resolved.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, fees already paid are not refundable and we do not refund partial periods.
5. Your content and your members' data
- You keep all rights to the content you provide. You give us a limited license to host, copy, process and display it, only to provide and improve the Services for you.
- If your app or site collects data from your own members or clients, that relationship is yours. You decide what to collect; you need a lawful basis and any consents the law requires (including for health-related data); and you must give your members your own privacy policy and terms. We process that data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
6. Payments from your members (Stripe Connect)
- If you connect your own Stripe account, payments from your members and clients go directly to your Stripe account. We do not hold, transmit or manage your funds, and we are not a bank, a payment institution or a money transmitter.
- Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's own terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement, between you and Stripe. You are responsible for your prices, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, taxes and the support of your own customers.
- We may in the future charge a platform fee on payments processed through our platform. If we do, we will tell you before it applies, and you may disconnect your account if you do not agree.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- publish content that is deceptive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors;
- send spam or messages without the consent the law requires;
- upload malware, or probe, disrupt or bypass the security of the Services;
- resell or sublicense the Services, or build a competing product from them, without our written permission.
8. Health and fitness content
The Services, including any AI-generated programs or suggestions, are tools that help professionals do their work. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for reviewing what you share with your members and for complying with the laws that apply to your profession.
9. App stores and third parties
Publishing an app on the Apple App Store or Google Play is subject to those companies' rules and decisions. We help prepare and submit your app, but we cannot guarantee its approval or its continued availability. The Services rely on third-party providers whose availability and terms are outside our control.
10. Our intellectual property
The Services, including the software, designs, templates and documentation, belong to the Company and its licensors. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the platform, except where the law allows it.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may carry out maintenance. Support is given by email at support@strivelue.com, on a reasonable-efforts basis unless your order says otherwise.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if non-payment continues after notice, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if we stop offering the Services (with reasonable notice). After termination, you may ask us for a copy of your content within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the Company against claims, damages and costs arising from your content, your members' data, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer or local law gives you other rights. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you before they apply. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept it.
18. General
These Terms, together with any order or written agreement you sign with us and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
