Privacy Policy
Effective: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Revenue Platforms Online LLC collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our websites, create an account or use our software platforms and apps. It covers all of the Company's sites and products, including Strivelue, SupaFire Tech, Iron Copilot (together, the "Services").
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Revenue Platforms Online LLC (the "Company", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at support@strivelue.com.
2. Our two roles
- Our websites and our business customers' accounts. Business customers are, for example, coaches and other online professionals who build an app, a website or a dashboard with us. For this information we decide how and why data is used, so we are the controller (the "business" under U.S. state privacy laws).
- The apps and websites our business customers run on our platform (each one, a "Brand"). The Brand decides what it collects from its own members and clients, and why. For that information we act as a processor (a "service provider"), only on the Brand's instructions.
A Brand's own privacy policy, shown in its app, explains its practices. If you are a member of a Brand, please send your privacy requests to that Brand; we will help the Brand respond.
3. Information we collect
- Account and business details: name, email address, phone number, business and brand name, logo, colors, domain, and your login credentials. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider, never in plain text.
- Billing information: your plan, billing status and invoices. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Content you provide: texts, images, videos, plans, programs and other material you upload to set up your app, website or dashboard.
- Payment events from connected Stripe accounts: if you connect your own Stripe account to our platform, we receive your Stripe account identifier and events about payments, subscriptions and refunds on that account. We use them to give your members access to what they bought.
- Support and communications: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and features used, timestamps, and error and diagnostic reports.
- Member data processed for Brands: depending on what a Brand's app offers, this can include a member's name, email, date of birth, body measurements and weight, workouts, meals, progress photos, GPS routes of outdoor workouts, messages, purchases and plan status. Some of it is health-related and therefore sensitive. Brands are responsible for having the legal basis and any consents they need to collect it.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain and secure the Services, and to authenticate users.
- To process payments, subscriptions and plan access, including unlocking a member's access after a payment.
- To give support and to send service messages, such as account, security and billing notices and the notifications you asked for.
- To monitor, debug and improve the Services, and to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To generate content with AI when you or a Brand asks for it. Only the information needed for that request is sent to our AI provider.
- To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our terms.
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
6. International transfers
We operate from the United States and our providers process data in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account and data; we will do so unless the law requires us to keep something. Backups are overwritten on their regular cycle.
8. Security
We protect information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and database rules that keep each Brand's data separate from the others. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing messages. California residents may also ask what we collect and ask us to delete or correct it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
To make a request, email support@strivelue.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity first. If your data is in a Brand's app, we will refer you to that Brand or coordinate with it.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only what the Services need to work: cookies and browser storage for login sessions, security and your language and display preferences, and caches and service workers that let apps load quickly and keep working with a weak connection. We do not use advertising cookies. Our websites load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
11. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the Services before the changes take effect.
